I am typing this having just eaten my weight in Poke Tacos. Seriously friends, these are crazy good.

, she made tacos for me and they were ridiculously delicious. The second I shut down the video, my husband and oldest daughter and I devoured every last bite.
Also, there were spicy pineapple margaritas. So yeah. It’s a good night at the Blackwell RV. 😋
