Live with Laurie Mucha and Rebecca Blackwell

Watch now!

A couple of weeks ago, I wrote about some of the frequently asked questions we get about our life as nomads without a home base. Laurie Mucha responded to that post with this comment:

I have follow up questions around running a creative business on the road…. Can we do a Substack Live? On the agenda: batching work, scheduling in various time zones, staying focused, work/life balance, etc etc etc.

Well, sure!

As you’ll see in this recording, I forgot what time zone I’m currently in and was 30 minutes late to our conversation. This mixup was appropriate, I suppose, since one of Laurie’s first questions was about how I manage different time zones when scheduling my life.

Ummmmm, sometimes not very well. 😂

Talking with Laurie is always a treat so even though we only had 30 minutes to cover a lot of ground, she made talking about our life on the road and managing all the moving parts of running a business so easy and fun. I hope you find something interesting, useful, or entertaining in our conversation!
