Covid sucks

Hello friends,

This week’s Live class, Tuscan Meatballs in Tomato Sauce: A Family Treasure with

Christine, My Tuscany Roots

has been postponed until next Thursday, September 4 because I am sick as a dog. (Where does that phrase come from anyway? It makes no sense.)

I went on a short trip to Mexico with a friend last week and brought Covid home as an unwanted souvenir. And it seems to me that watching someone make meatballs while hacking up a lung is not appetizing. Yes?

So, we’ll push it back a week because I’m an optimist and am certain that I will be better by then. If you were planning to join us, I hope you are still able to make it. If not, there will be a recording. Here’s all the info…
