Meatballs are truly one of my favorite things in the world. As we are with things we love, I am quite picky about them. They must be juicy and flavorful, not tough or chewy, and in most cases, blanketed in a really good sauce.
These Tuscan Meatballs check all the boxes.
They are also simple enough to be made in the galley of a sailboat which I’ll demonstrate on Thursday, August 28 when
joins me to teach us how to make them.I’ll be cooking from the cabin of our summer home, a sailboat on Lake Michigan, and Christine will be joining us from her small cottage kitchen in Ireland. Christine just spent several months on an European road trip and made these often from her camper van! So, when we say they can be made from any size kitchen, we mean it!
Wherever you are in the world, and whatever the size of your kitchen, I hope you join us. Here are all the details…
What: Tuscan Meatballs with Christine. Here’s where you’ll find the recipe.
When: Thursday, August 28 at 2pm EST (7pm in Ireland, which is where Christine will be joining us from!)
