what type of oil aand vinegar do you use in your Vinaigrette?

Hi Pam! I always use extra virgin olive oil and typically either white wine vinegar or unseasoned rice vinegar.

You're the best! I am so glad to hear that you are getting something out of this newsletter. Knowing how you like salads, I think you'll especially like the tip to add ground nuts to your vinaigrette - if you aren't doing that already. :-) Life changing. For salad lovers, at least.
