We recently went to a German bakery with our oldest daughter and I had a cinnamon bun made with Danish pastry dough and a crumb topping and it's all I've been dreaming about since. I am going to figure out how to recreate that recipe so I can bake them whenever I want because they are crack and I'm already hooked.

I envy you and the ease with which you bake! No matter how much I try to follow the recipe, there are always little nuances I'm unaware of that trip me up. I need to go to a hard core 6 month baking masterclass or something. 🤣 LOVE eating pastries, though, and that Danish one sounds so freaking good!
