Thank you for pointing out Stephanie Hansen's Substack. I will follow her. It is always good to get first-hand information in difficult times. As for Heather Cox Richardson, I am in awe. She writes with such dignity and grace. She is a beacon of light, as are all those who share information and analysis. And, of course, I have great respect for all the others who work tirelessly to ease the pain of others. It shows you how much we need each other. If only everyone would understand that.
I didn't celebrate Valentine's Day until I moved to Canada. On Valentine's Day! I have always celebrated it as a Friendship Day to gather all the wonderful people I wouldn't have met otherwise. (A party in the midst of cold Toronto February is always welcome.)
Cake!!! I’m a sucker for cake and man oh man do these look amazing. 🤩 Thanks for the shoutout, friend 💗 It has been so fun working with you this month! 🙌 Looking forward to the cooking class in Feb!
I’ve been making that recipe for 30 years and it never disappoints. I’ve even made it for a few weddings! I think the biggest one I ever made was for 400 people!
The cooking class was so much fun! What a perk! That apple cobbler was devoured by my husband and son. In fact, I’m making another one today! All your recipes are *almost* as amazing as you, Rebecca! 💖
Those cookies are truly addictive… but you won’t feel too bad about eating 4. And, getting to Phoenix is looking extremity unlikely. At least this time around. :-(
Glade you’re still here. Hate that you’re still here. ♥️

Wow!! That must have been a big tin?!!
I want to eat cake exclusively for the entire week now. My word those cakes all appeal to me. Now which one to make is my next quandry.
Cake is exclusively all I want to eat every week. :-)

Thank you, my friend! I’m so happy to hear that the cobbler was such a hit! Try it in the summer with fresh peaches…. Even better. :-)
I can’t even imagine! Yum! 😋
The healthy-is cookies are a must make!
Still crossing my fingers you’ll get to Phoenix soon!
