Shopping for them is about as bad as shopping for a swimsuit (umm, or a bra, but maybe that’s TMI). What a lovely summer you’ve had and wow that video is gorgeous! Nice job Steve!
Thank you, my friend! Yes, jeans shopping is the worst. And somehow the pair I come home with always feels and looks worse after I buy it and remove all the tags. The same is absolutely true about bras. Every time I think I find one that looks pretty good and feels comfortable, I change my mind about both two days into wearing it. We are, perhaps, getting to the heart of why I love working from home. I can be braless in comfy pants. 😂

Listen, I totally understand the crop pant epiphany. I have discovered that Quince has a lot of crop pants…Their models are always tall. Sometimes they have petite… Sometimes they don’t. I go with the “don’t” and like you, I have a full length pant. Beyond thrilled. And by the way, I can tell that you’re thrilled just by how you were writing about the pants that you NEVER HAVE TO HEM.
It looks like your last sail for the season was beautiful. I love that Steve has a drone and can take all of this footage. Keep it coming.
We hope everything went well with stowing the boat for the winter.
Thank you so much, my friend! I am enjoying the bouncy curls, which were impossible when it was long and heavy. The whole thing feels lighter. I'm into it.
It's all about the little things and not having to hem a new pair of pants is just the best. Buying cropped pants don't always work because sometimes it's obvious where the knee is supposed to go, and it looks a little strange in the middle of my shin. But, if they are straight cut or wide leg, cropped pants are usually the perfect length. Of course, sometimes the waist is clear up to my bra line. Sigh. I wonder why more brands don't have petite sizes??? Are there really so few of us?
The boat is stripped of it's sails and lines and ready for dry storage. It looks naked and sad, and Steve is in mourning. However, he did find an online sailing simulator, so that should keep him occupied until next May.
