I have not been doing a good job keeping up with the facts on cyclospera so picking produce does feel a little like Russian roulette. I’ve just been sticking to my local farmer’s market which is, honestly, the best option for many reasons. Can’t wait to hear what you do with the paprika chicken - paprika chicken tacos?
I have never seen so many blueberry recipes in one place! Corn muffins are my favourite, I think. Sadly, blueberries are gone very quickly here and thy are very expensive, so by the time I say "It's just money" and go to buy more than a handful, they are gone. But frozen ones are good in most recipes.
I use frozen ones most of the time as well. With the exception of locally grown berries, I think they’re better. Many of the berries in the supermarket were picked too early so they’d survive the long transport. I think frozen berries are picked closer to when they should be.
