Work With Me 1:1
Strategic planning for sustainable, long-term growth
If you’re like most food writers and recipe developers, you’re not struggling with effort. You’re publishing, showing up, and doing your best to create good work and build something meaningful. But your audience isn’t growing the way you hoped, and your business isn’t growing with it.
That’s often the moment when SEO starts to matter. Not as a technical buzzword, and not because you want to start chasing algorithms, but because you want a more reliable way to help the right readers discover your work.
You want a smarter, more intentional plan for growing the right kind of audience and turning that growth into income.
I offer thoughtful, personalized SEO strategy and consulting sessions for food writers and recipe developers grounded in more than 13 years of hands-on experience building my own business online.
These sessions are part education, part strategy, and part mentorship. We’ll look carefully at your business, your goals, your content, and your strengths so you can build a smarter, more sustainable approach to growth.
In other words, we’ll create a strategic plan you can follow to build sustainable, long-term growth
These sessions are ideal for food writers who want a deeper understanding of:
Keyword research
Competitor analysis
Content strategy
On-page optimization
Brand positioning
SEO strategy for recipe websites
SEO strategy for Substack
Audience growth and discoverability
Prioritizing next steps for business growth
Whether you’re trying to grow traffic, refine your brand, create a better content plan, or figure out where SEO fits into your bigger business model, we’ll use the session to focus on what matters most right now.
How it works
Each session is 2 hours and costs $225.
Before we meet, you’ll fill out a comprehensive intake form so I can learn about your business, your goals, your current challenges, and the specific areas where you want support. I spend significant time reviewing each client’s answers and researching their business before the session, which means our time together is spent on strategy, teaching, and problem-solving, not on getting me up to speed.
The bulk of our time is focused on helping you understand what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do next.
We begin with one session and decide from there whether another would be useful.
What you’ll walk away with
A clearer understanding of how SEO can support your business goals
Practical recommendations tailored to your site, content, and brand
A better sense of what to prioritize next
Education that helps you make smarter decisions going forward
Action steps you can start using right away
My goal is not just to tell you what to do. It’s to help you understand why, so you can move forward with more confidence and clarity.
Who this is for
These sessions are best suited for food writers and recipe developers who want strategic guidance, not shortcuts. It’s for people who want to create steady, long-term growth. It’s not for people who want quick fixes or ways to game the system.
If you’re looking for thoughtful support from someone who has built a thriving online business and who understands how to build a sustainable growth strategy, I’d love to work with you.
