I hope you’re having the best time EVER in Europe and I can’t wait to hear all about it! 💖 I love what you wrote about us not having to believe our own thoughts BUT ALSO about how you just started walking away and protected your space. I always struggled with that in my 20s and 30s, being polite and staying when I didn’t want to. Not so much anymore but it took so long to give myself permission to put myself first in those situations. We all need to walk away from negativity a lot more often.
A great reminder that we are not our thoughts. And another great reminder about that orange drizzle cake that I've been meaning to make (my only issue is I have so many friends with a sweet tooth who have a gluten intolerance- do you think replacing the flower with a gluten free flour would work?
