Watch as Lisa Golden Schroeder shows us how to use local, seasonal ingredients to craft a magazine-worthy Grand Aioli Platter that’s perfect for summer entertaining.
Lisa is a writer & culinary journalist, and a food stylist for commercial photography. In this class she shows us how her work as a food stylist informs the way she cooks and entertains.

More about Lisa
Lisa is a long-time professional food stylist for commercial photography and a culinary consultant. She’s worked as a food editor, recipe developer, cooking teacher, and culinary journalist--strategically tracking what home cooks want (and need) to know.
“I consider myself a cheerleader, drumming up enthusiasm for real cooking and real food, helping make what can be a daily chore into, if nothing else, a respite from the craziness of everyday life. My cooking stories & recipes are for home cooks—reliable, no-fail, and family-friendly.”
Lisa is the author of Untamed Mushrooms, From Field to Table which took top honors for best book design (which included photography) in the 2018 Midwest Book Awards.
Lisa also writes Trifling with Food which should come with a warning label: will cause hunger and uncontrollable drooling.
And if you really want to be impressed, check out her portfolio site: foodesigns.com. Lisa has a way of bringing food to life on the screen. Her work is polished and cookbook-cover beautiful, but also so accessible that I can almost smell it.
