Please let me know how it goes! Yes - you can replace the butter with olive oil or any kind of oil. I have made these with olive oil and they are really good! I’m adding a corn tortilla class to the schedule right now… Perhaps with Costa Rican beans and rice. It’s a combo I make often and I think we can do both in one class, no problem. Thank you for the suggestion!
