I'm excited about your new idea! And glad to hear you had a nice Thanksgiving day with your family. What beautiful photos. I upgraded just now so I didn't miss out on all the excitement coming next year. Your writings are beautiful and personable, like we are sitting together over a cup of coffee.

Hello Claudia! Thank you so much for your kind words! And welcome to the Supper Club! Perhaps one of these days we will actually get to sit together over a cup of coffee. Until then, I look forward to getting to know you better here. ❤️

I am so excited about your plans for 2025. We'll have to figure out a way of shouting about it via the FoodStack Library.

I love, love, love the pictures of you with your family! So glad to hear you had a nice Thanksgiving with people whose company you enjoy.

Also so excited to hear more about your supper club idea. Is that a separate Substack? Or is that going to be what this newsletter becomes? I wasn't quite sure (though admittedly, I'm only a few sips into my first coffee so I'm not reading with a full deck just yet lol.)

The Lost Supper Club is for paid subscribers. The newsletter will remain as is, free for everyone, sent out every other Saturday morning. Supper club emails will also go out every other Saturday morning, in between newsletter weeks, for paid subscribers. The goal is to create a more collaborative community there and, hopefully, inspire one another to strengthen, gather, and build our communities. Does that make sense?

It does! I just wasn't sure if you were creating a second Substack for it or if it would be a series within this current Substack. (I plan to upgrade when I am back at my desk, which is why I'm asking. Had been planning to upgrade this month anyways! Love your writing and have so enjoyed getting to know you.)

Welcome to the Supper Club, friend! One of these days, we are going to have our own in-person meeting and I cannot wait (but your son has to make dessert)! Also, I don't feel that I'm being super crystal clear in communicating what I want to build there so questions are helpful. But, I want to create an interactive environment where members can connect to other members and (hopefully) feel inspired to deepen connections within their local communities.
